This article is interesting. It is about management of department store names Big C. Big C is a small department store when you compare with other department stores. But I think they have efficiency to manage their department store. Big C wants to improve their inventory management and many stock items which were delivered to stores on a daily basis, so many branches required less space to store products. The manageress of Big C supercenter wants to change surplus areas into leasing space or attract new retail into the stores. Big C's strategy is to improve the value of existing assets by expanding shopping centers and encouraging rental income.


In my opinion, I think the manageress of Big C supercenter is a best manageress. She is a good designer. I think it is good to bring a thing that you didn't use comes back to use again and makes it to be your advantage. If you do that, it will be easy to make a source of your income. If it is not a bad thing or a second hand thing, you could sell it again but make it in a cheap price. Only this, you can get two advantages. First, you can sell your inventory and you can increase your income. Second, you can gain you income by makes your surplus area to become your benefit. It is a leasing space. It is easy to be a good thinker. You just have to look back at a little thing that you oversight and it will make you happy.
